What You Can Raise
We accept grievances and concerns relating to:
- Product or service quality
- Environmental impact or practices
- Ethical conduct or business practices
- Workplace-related concerns
- Breaches of company policies or standards
- Any action that may negatively impact stakeholders
Concerns should be raised in good faith and based on a reasonable belief that an issue may have occurred.

Our Grievance Process
All submissions are handled in a structured and confidential manner:
- Receipt & Logging
Your submission is received and recorded internally - Acknowledgement
Where contact details are provided, we aim to acknowledge receipt within 3–5 working days - Review & Assessment
The concern is reviewed to determine whether it qualifies as a grievance and who is responsible for handling it - Investigation (if required)
Further information may be gathered and assessed - Outcome & Response
- A resolution or action is taken where appropriate, or
- A rationale is provided where the issue does not meet the criteria for further action
We aim to manage all concerns in a timely and proportionate manner.
Confidentiality & Protection
All concerns are treated confidentially. Anonymous submissions are accepted.
However, if contact details are not provided, we may be unable to respond directly, and our ability to fully investigate or resolve the issue may be limited.
iSupply strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual raising a concern in good faith.
Whistleblower Protection
For concerns relating to serious wrongdoing, iSupply maintains a Whistleblower Protection Policy in line with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 and its amendments.
This policy outlines additional protections, formal reporting channels, and investigation procedures. A copy of this policy is available upon request.
